Your concierge will take you for a nice stroll through the incredibly scenic Napoléon III et Kennedy Park. Outside of the park, you will stop as you walk past the Chalets de l’Empereur and the Chalet Clermont-Tonnerre houses. The houses are famous landmarks because Napoleon III had them built for himself and his officers to stay in, whilst visiting Vichy. To end the day, your concierge will take you to Spa Ecole Fournier.
Your concierge will take you to Musée de l’Opéra de Vichy (8min walk). This museum has archives of the Vichy Opera including 300 costumes and over 2000 scenography objects, it also holds annual exhibitions. Brasserie De L’Opera for lunch, then to the Vichy Opera House to observe this fascinating building from the outside, or watch what is currently showing.
Your concierge will lead you on a guided walking tour of the area. Walk 10mins to Église Saint-Blaise, a pre-war church with breath-taking art décor inside. You will then walk 3mins to Les Sources de Vichy (Source Celestine) to take in the architecture and see the famous spring water; you can even taste it if you bring your own bottle/cup. Next, you will walk 1min to Beach Celestine, which is a small swimming lake with sand off of the Allier River. You can either go for a swim, find a beach activity, or just enjoy the scenery.
Your concierge will take you to Vichy Celestins Thermal Spa; the largest medical spa in Europe. Experience the Vichy thermal water giant pool, the ice fountain to stimulate your blood circulation, or use the cardio training area. Then lunch at Le Bistrot de Pierrot.
