The World Health Organisation recommends adults regularly walk 10,000 steps daily to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle. Walking one of the safest exercise anybody can do and there are many benefits, namely:

Low impact movement adds less stress to your joints as you’re exerting minimum pressure while you move.
