Edinburgh’s inimitable skyline, cobbled streets & colourful characters (including Harry Potter, who was ‘born’ here in the mind of JK Rowling) will provide lasting memories for travellers of all ages. Walking the steep stairs & winding streets of the Old Town will test your commitment to low–impact movement, but Edinburgh more than repays this effort. Its blend of architectural styles (from the medieval Old Town to the Georgian New Town) will delight you visually, while the city’s many well-being activities (including skiing!) will tone & strengthen your physical self too.
Collection & drop off to Edinburgh Airport, Waverley Station or Haymarket Station by private vehicle with courtesy stops as necessary.

Your traWell concierge will greet you at your airport or train station of choice upon your arrival in Edinburgh.
There will be an opportunity to partake in a yoga, meditation, mindfulness or guided breathing session, each of which form part of the traWell stress reduction programme.
In the afternoon, guests will enjoy a high tea service in one of Edinburgh’s most luxurious quintessentially British hotels. The remainder of the evening is free for guests’ own social pursuits. Feel free to explore the city taking in Edinburgh’s lively nightlife scene. Our concierge will also be delighted to recommend dinner options from carefully selected healthy eating partners.
Kickstart your day with a nutritious breakfast. Your traWell concierge will lead a Smoothie-Making MasterClass.
In the afternoon, your traWell concierge will arrange a guided tour of the most famous historical sites in Edinburgh. You’ll visit places such as the National Museum of Scotland, Greyfriars Kirkyard, Arthur’s Seat & Edinburgh Castle which will ensure you get your 10,000 daily steps!
Relax your body in a visit to a stunning spa where you have a choice of pampering available: foot or facial treatments at your disposal. The rest of the evening is at your leisure.
You will be provided with a hearty breakfast: vegetable juice-shot & fruit & nut smoothie (minus the carbs) before your introduction to light therapy.
In the afternoon, visit the Midlothian Sports Centre where you’ll practise (or indeed learn) skiing and snowboarding skills. A great activity for improving your overall cardiovascular system & for social bonding!
In the evening, partake in traWell’s stress reduction programme with Dr Peter Gruenewald Indulge in traWell’s Herbal Tea Hamper to calm the nerves & take the edge off a busy day. Guests are free for their own social pursuits in the evening.
Breakfast will see the traWell concierge stepping back & letting you put your smoothie-making skills to the test while they provide you with a guide to aromatherapy & light therapy (using our very own signature scent). These are without question the two most powerful weapons to add to your wellness arsenal.
Guests will be provided with a signature self-guided tour of Edinburgh city centre taking in the final key historic sights you’ll just need to see to believe.
Your concierge will transfer you back to the airport or train station for onward traWell, at a time convenient to you.
