We’ve searched high & low for a Black African Soap to bring back to our UK customers. We’ve chosen to include a traditional organic handmade soap originating from West Africa in our gift box. Made from the ashes of African plants & dried peels, this soap is popular all over the world for it’s magical formulation that gives it it’s celebrated dark colour. It is popularly known for fighting off a host of skin conditions and is enriched with cocoa pods, coconut oil, plantain bark, iron & shea butter.

A: Once opened store the contents in a cool, dry place.
Q: You source items from all over the globe. Haven’t you had disruption due to Covid-19?
A: Gosh, we’re facing unprecedented times. Product availability, packaging design, supply difficulties or even discontinued items mean we have to reserve the right to offer alternative goods or packaging in our gift box. We guarantee to substitute anything with like-for-like products of equal or greater value, though.
Q: I want to send the item to someone as a gift. Will the recipient get a monetary receipt?
A: Nope, we don’t include an invoice or any pricing information along with our gift pack: complete discretion is guaranteed.
Q: Can I type a personalised gift message during checkout?
A: Yes, of course you can. We will handwrite your message onto a gift card. We think it provides that “wow” factor.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Unfortunately we can’t offer refunds or exchanges on our perishable goods (unless faulty or not as described). This doesn’t affect your statutory rights though, don’t worry.
Q: Where can I get information about allergens?
A: Very important question. For information about allergens please do contact our concierge on email@example.com before purchase. We know all about our products & will be able to guide you appropriately.
Our hampers are delivered via trackable courier. To help us – help you – please include an accurate postcode. Any items that have to be re-sent due to customer error, they will incur courier charges & the cost to replace any unsaleable items.
On the odd occasion, adverse weather may cause delays (we source our goods all over the world, after all). We ask our couriers not to ship your precious perishable items over the weekend. If ordering after the cut-off time for dispatch on Thursday, your gift box will be shipped on Monday. What’s more, please note we only deliver our gifts within the UK & are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses.
